About Adeline

I am Adeline, 36 years old Franco-Spanish and English-speaking yoga teacher graduated in 2016, RYT 500 (in Ashtanga, then Hatha-Vinyasa, Yin, Pre&Post natal and Kids yoga). After many years of learning, transmitting and developing my classes in France, in Barcelona (where I live since 2015) and during my yogic travels around the world, I have also worked many hours as an assistant trainer in several yoga teacher trainings 200 hours in France @merlin.awake.space and in Spain @lowcostytt_spiritsadhana. I decided in 2022 to prepare my own yoga training in Hatha-Vinyasa: Yogadeline RYS 200 hours, with 3 possibilities of language French-Spanish-English, validated by YOGA ALLIANCE to deepen your practice and knowledge, and/or train you as a certified yoga teacher by receiving the RYT 200 hours certification. ​

 

My goal is to deliver an open education to everyone in a neutral way and with love and passion and the knowledge that has been transmitted to me, for which I am very grateful. In essence, pedagogy, patience and neutrality are required. I believe that everyone should be able to receive an education that allows them to flourish and to be able to adapt it to each of their singularities.
